About Avian and Reptile Basic Endoscopy Workshop

Are you seeing birds and reptiles in your practice? Are you using endoscopy as one of your diagnostic tools? The anatomy of birds and reptiles lends itself to the use of endoscopy:
- Sex identification, Visualisation of the respiratory tract and internal organs, Biopsy of internal organs
Once you start using endoscopy you will continue to find new uses for it such as endosurgery and client education. Throughout this workshop, you will be introduced to the basics of endoscopy in birds and reptiles – from the selection and care of instrumentation to improving your technical knowledge and expertise.
The two-day workshop will involve a mix of tutorials and hands-on practicals at the UQ VETS Small Animal Hospital, University of Queensland Gatton Campus
