Veterinary Science Postgraduate Association (VeSPA)
VeSPA provides postgraduate students within the School of Veterinary Science a mix of social and academic opportunities and networking forums across the staff-student interface.
Activities include BBQ lunches, presentation practise opportunities in the lead-up to conference or formal seminar delivery, Friday afternoon social drinks, as well as skill-building workshops. In 2015 we held our first post-graduate conference as well as a writing retreat on North Stradbroke Island, which we aim to hold annually.
We are always welcoming to new members (staff and students) and accept membership year round.
For further details about any of our events or how to become involved with the club please contact VeSPA or visit our Facebook page.
